One Heart Foster Closet
Foster/Adopt/Guardianship/Kinship Families are welcome to shop at closet
The One Heart foster closet provides resources to children & families impacted by foster care. Resources are free to families with documentation.
All families MUST complete new shopper registration form prior to shopping the first time. Placement information must be updated each time a child is placed or leaves.
FAMILY REGISTRATION FORM
After completing Family Registration Form, take a picture of placement letter or the adoption/guardianship court paperwork and email it to the Foster Closet at closet@ohfm.org. IF you are unable to email the paperwork, BRING it with you for verification.
If you are unable to shop in person, please complete Pick Up Form and a volunteer will gather your items for pick up at the closet.
When you shop on your own, please complete Shopper Form and a volunteer will assist you.

Tuesday & Thursday 9:30am-noon
Last Saturday of the month 9:00am-noon
* Any misuse of foster closet items will result in no longer being able to utilize the free resources the foster closet provides.
* Items received for the child belong to the child and must go with the child if they change placement or go home to a parent
If you would like to make material DONATIONS
We accept children's clothing sizes preemie through children's 18, children’s shoes up to size Youth 3, diapers, wipes, brand new socks and underwear, toiletries and baby equipment/items that are in good condition and not expired.
We do NOT accept toys, books or stuffed animals. All items donated should be in good usable condition free of stains, rips, etc. We do not use clothing that contains the wording, “mommy”, “daddy” or features alligators or monkeys. Please check with us before donating luggage as we have limited space to store.

General Items:
- pull-ups (boy or gender neutral pattern)
- laundry detergent
- personal care items (shampoo, conditioner, lotion, tooth brushes, deodorant)
- boys size 10/12 underwear
- girls size 2T/3T underwear
- strollers-particularly double strollers
Clothing Needs:
- toddler size 9 and 10 shoes
- kids size 12 and 13 shoes
- boys size 12 clothes
- boys size 4, 5, and 6 long pants
Financial Donations to closet
Financial donations made will be used specifically for closet needs unless donor requests otherwise.
